Cat in a Flat does not store your payment details. This is all done through our secure payment partner Stripe.
To change or view your bank account details, please login to your Cat in a Flat account and go to your Settings.
Then click on on ‘Edit Account’
You will then be taken to your Stripe account and asked to login in.
Once logged into Stripe you need to go to Settings, then in Business Settings, you will see a link to 'Bank Accounts and Scheduling'.
Please contact Stripe support if you cannot remember your Stripe login details or need any further assistance within your Stripe account.
PLEASE NOTE: If you change your email address in your profile also remember to change it in your Stripe account. This will NOT happen automatically.
