If you have already had your profile verified, but need to change your address that's no problem. You can submit your new proof of address within your profile page.
Login and go to your profile page
You will see the ‘Change Address’ button just under your email address. Click on it
Edit your home address and upload a current proof of address for approval. As a reminder, here is what we accept.
Please note: Your profile will be ‘pending’ until your new address has been approved. During busy times this can take up to 7 days. If you have a client that urgently needs to book you then please contact customer service for assistance.
