Once you have found a cat sitter you would like to contact, click on the ‘Contact Sitter’ button. You will then be prompted to sign-up and create a simple profile for free, once completed you will be able to message, book and pay the pet sitter securely through our system. You will then be able to exchange contact details with the cat minder.
The booking process has 3 different states.
Enquiry: Cat sitters will be alerted of your booking request. They will let you know whether they are available or not within 24 hrs.
Pre-Book: You can pre-book your favourite cat sitter in advance. If the cat sitter is available they will then automatically become booked.
Book Now: When a cat sitter has confirmed their availability you can book them securely using our payment provider Stripe. Please make sure you confirm the booking by pressing Book Now before the sitting starts as this confirms the booking and validates the Cat in a Flat Guarantee.
We advise contacting 2 - 3 sitters at a time, as this allows you to see who’s available and the most responsive to your request.
