If for an unforeseen circumstance the cat sitter needs to cancel their booking, they can cancel themselves more than 5 days before the booking starts.

If a sitter has to cancel in 5 days or less before your booking starts, they will need to contact customer support so that we can help the owner find an alternative sitter.

If there is a short notice cancellation, we would advise sending out a job request from your inbox. That way all the cat sitters in your area will be alerted and the ones who are available will be able to respond to you.
