Changing Dates and/or Visits as a sitter:
Only cat owners can change the dates or visits of their booking while the booking has not yet been confirmed. Once this has been done from their side, please confirm your availability again so that they can book you.
Changes can be made up to two days before the booking starts. If payment has already been taken then please contact customer support.
The price will automatically change if the booking dates or visiting times are edited by the cat owner. All you need to do is confirm that you’re happy with the change in order for the payment to be taken. You’ll know this has been done correctly when your booking moves from ‘Pending’ to ‘Booked’.
If you would like to change the price for a particular reason such as adding a small fee for travel expenses, you can do this once you have said you’re ‘Available’.
Please note that once the price has been changed your booking will move to ‘Pending’. Once the cat owner has confirmed that they are happy with the change it will move back to ‘Booked’. Please make sure this is done before the booking starts in order to guarantee your payment.
Important: Please make sure your booking is confirmed correctly at least two days before it’s due to start. This will then guarantee your payment and validate the Cat in a Flat Guarantee.
