How do I update or cancel my account?

Updating Your Account:


You can update your account at any time by simply logging in and going to your profile page.


To change your home address please login to your Cat in a Flat account and go to your profile.

If you are an approved cat sitter, you will also need to submit an updated proof of address, as a reminder, read here to see what we accept.



To change your bank details please see here.



Closing your account:


If you would like to close your account please login and go to your 'Settings'. Here you will see a link at the bottom to delete your account. 


If you are a cat sitter and you would like to keep your details saved but temporarily hidden, please also do this from your 'Settings'.
