Yay, you've received your first booking!
You will have received a text notification and an email from us, both offer a link directly into your inbox. If you are not already logged into Cat in a Flat, we will ask you to log in before you can access the conversation with the cat owner who sent the cat care request. Once you are in the conversation channel, use the interface to ask further details or confirm availability.
Don't forget to arrange to meet the cat owner a couple of days beforehand. That way the cat owner can get to know you and take you through their kitty's requirements :)
And lastly please always make sure your booking is confirmed before it's due to start. This will guarantee your payment and validate our Cat in a Flat Guarantee.
