What happens if my cat gets ill or injured while in the care of the sitter?

The cat sitter will contact you and Cat in a Flat immediately.

Please make sure the cat sitter has all the information they need before you leave.

• Your vets details, you can find a "Vet Release form" in our Forms & Tips section on your profile page.
• Please let your vet know you'll be away.
• Details of who to contact in case of emergency ( friend or neighbour)
• The cat sitter must be booked through Cat in a Flat for the Cat in a Flat Guarantee to be valid

If the cat sitter can't get hold of the owner, the cat sitter will do what they feel is the best decision for the cat at the time.
