Meet and Greets
When you choose to accept a booking, we strongly recommend that cat sitters meet the cat owners a few days beforehand. This is a great way to get to know each other and see if the job is suitable for both parties. If you would like to speak to the cat owner before you go to their home then arrange a quick video call with them first.
And don't forget, you can always access the cat owner's profile in the booking channel. You might find reviews that reassure you.
During and After the Booking
We want our community to be transparent and open, so all cat sitters are encouraged to leave a review about the cat owner and the kitty they have just looked after.
If there is still concern, please contact us. It is very important to us to have a great community where cat sitters and cat owners feel trusted and safe.
